Most of the time it is a lot better if you have an expert set up the store from scratch for you since the design you made is most likely not set up for success. So, even if you already have an online store, don't worry. We'll still be able to create a new one for you that is set up correctly.

How many products will I get on my store?

All of our stores come with the ability of 30 Products. You can upgrade to more products at any time.

What other fees are associated with this?

The only additional fee is for website hosting.
Our customers pay $39.99 per month to have their website hosted, and access our customer support team whenever assistance is needed. Now there are benefits to upgrades that you can do at any time, but they aren't "mandatory".

Do you advertise the store for me?

We do NOT do any advertising for your store. That will be for you to do when the store is done.

What if I have my own products? Can I add them to my store?

Yes! You'll easily be able to add as many products as you like to your store after deliver it. The process is extremely simple and you can do it within a couple of clicks.

Are these stores prebuilt?

Yes our stores are prebuilt, meaning it's a template for you to build off of and shouldn't be considered a "Business in a box". We are building a website template for you, not a business. We are a website design agency, not a business opportunity.

However, we do offer customized websites, but the cost is much higher. If you're interested please as your eCommerce expert.

How will I be able to use the Store as my own?

24 - 48 Hours after you place your order, we'll send you your login information for your new Dropshipping Store. All you'll have to do is login, change the password, and the store is all yours!

What is your cancellation policy?

Will you help me make changes and customizations on my website Store?

We will provide you support to help you access the website store purchased and use it. We'll also give you a step by step video guide on how to access and make changes to your store. However, we will not be able to go into your account and do the changes FOR YOU as that will not allow us to provide our stores are this good of a price. Rest assured, you will love your website and you'll easily be able to make the changes you would like.

Do I have to host my website through your company?

We always suggest having your website store hosted through our servers, so we can assist with edits, changes, updates, and issues when they arise. However, we can provide documents on how to upload your website onto another server of your choice, but once this is completed we aren't able to help assist you further with your website.
